What we do with your information
This site asks for four things — a service, a preferred time, a name and a phone number — and uses them to answer you about that request. It measures how many people read which page, it runs no advertising trackers, and it sells nothing to anybody. Everything below describes what actually happens today.

What is collected, and when
Two situations, and only two. When you fill in the booking form, you provide the service you need, a preferred date and time, your name and your phone number. When you write to the contact address, you provide whatever your message contains. Nothing on this site collects anything about you while you simply read it.
The site uses Google Analytics to count how many people read each page, where they arrived from, and whether the booking form was used. It is told never to receive your name, your phone number or your email — the only things sent are which page, which form, and which kind of link was clicked. No advertising pixel, no social media tracker, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
Like every website, the servers that deliver these pages keep short technical logs — an address, a page, a timestamp — for security and diagnosis. They are not used to build a profile of you, and they are not combined with what you send through the form.
Why it is used, and who sees it
Your details are used to answer the request you made: to call or text you back about that door, to agree a time, and to carry out the work if you decide to go ahead. They are seen by the licensed contractor who does the work and by whoever schedules it. They are not sold, rented, traded, or handed to a lead-broker.
There are two ordinary exceptions, and they are the only ones. Information may be shared with the suppliers strictly needed to answer you — a phone provider carries the call, an email provider carries the message — and it may be disclosed where the law requires it, for example in response to a valid legal demand.
Calls, texts and how to stop them
Submitting the form asks us to contact you about that request, and that is the only reason we will. Florida and federal rules both treat calls and texts seriously, so the consent you give is recorded with the exact wording shown on the day you gave it, and it covers your inquiry — not a marketing list.
You can withdraw it at any moment: say so on the phone, reply STOP to a text, or write to the contact address. Withdrawal is immediate and costs you nothing — including the ability to still book work by calling us yourself.
How long it is kept, and your choices
Inquiries that do not become work are kept only as long as they are useful to answer you, then deleted. Records of work actually carried out are kept longer, because a permit, a warranty and an insurance claim all depend on them existing years later — that retention is a legal and practical necessity, not a marketing one.
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the contact address. Where a record must be kept for a permit or a warranty, you will be told which one and why rather than given a refusal without explanation.
This site is meant for homeowners and businesses, not for children, and nothing here is aimed at anyone under thirteen. If you believe a child has sent information through the form, write to us and it will be removed.

Does this garage door site use cookies?
Google Analytics sets its own cookie to tell a returning visitor from a new one, and there is no advertising cookie.

Will my phone number be sold or shared after a garage door request?
Your phone number is used to answer your request and to do the work, and it is not sold, traded or passed to a lead-generation network.
