This site targets WCAG 2.1 level AA, the standard American courts and settlements treat as the practical benchmark under the ADA. Every page works without a mouse and without JavaScript, color contrast is calculated rather than eyeballed, and anything that still gets in your way can be reported by email and will be fixed.

What was built deliberately, not assumed
Contrast ratios on this site are computed, not judged by eye — an early brand color measured 4.46 against white, failed the threshold, and was replaced before a single page went out. Motion respects the reduced-motion preference of your operating system, so animations simply do not run if you have asked your machine to stop them.
Navigation is built from real HTML rather than scripted widgets: the menu opens with the keyboard, a skip link jumps straight past it to the content, and the whole site remains usable if scripts fail to load. Every page exists in English and Spanish, and the language is declared to assistive technology so a screen reader pronounces each one correctly.
What is not finished
Stating this plainly is part of the point of the exercise. A full manual audit with assistive technology has not yet been run end to end; the booking form labels its fields for screen readers but relies on placeholder text visually, which is weaker than a persistent label; and the date and time inputs use a browser behavior that has not been verified with every screen reader.
How to report an obstacle
Write to us with the page address and a short description of what blocked you — which device, which assistive technology if you use one, and what you were trying to do. Reports about access are treated as defects, not as feedback: they go to the front of the queue, and you get told what changed.

Does the ADA require a specific web accessibility standard?
The ADA names no web standard, and settlements and rulings have converged on WCAG as the yardstick.
